Sept. 18 | Evening Forecast with Chief Meteorologist Keith Gibson
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — We’re closing in on breaking up our quiet and very warm pattern with several chances for rain into next week and cooler air.
Thursday night: Mostly clear and cool with lows falling into the low 60s.

Friday: Hot with mostly to partly sunny skies, dry air, and light winds out of the southeast. Highs will push back into the upper 80s to low 90s.

Saturday: Another warm to hot day expected with partly to mostly cloudy skies. Highs in the mid to upper 80s.

7-Day Forecast: By Sunday, we’ll track the return of rain chances from a slow moving upper low to our north. This system will pull in more moisture that ends up carrying into next week. That means we’re talking a stretch of more humid air (60+ dew points) next week than we’ve seen in a couple of weeks. There could be additional upper lows that swing in through the latter half of next week, but there is higher uncertainty on this potential.
