Indiana All-Stars boys basketball roster unveiled

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — The Indiana All-Stars boys basketball roster was unveiled on Thursday for this June’s rivalry series against the Kentucky All-Stars.

The roster features 13 high school senior basketball stars from the Hoosier State, including Indiana Mr. Basketball Luke Ertel.

Ertel is actually the younger brother of a former Indiana All-Star. Michael Ertel was a member of the 2017 Indiana All-Star team.

Here is the complete roster for the 2026 Indiana All-Star team (name, high school and college choice):

  • Luke Ertel (Mt. Vernon) – Purdue
  • Dikembe Shaw (Crown Point) – Illinois-Chicago
  • Noah Smith (Plainfield) – DePaul
  • Baron Walker (Noblesville) – Butler
  • Brennan Miller (Lawrence North) – SIU-Edwardsville
  • Ja’Shawn Ladd (Ben Davis) – College of Charleston
  • Cameron Webster (Lawrence North) – Trevecca Nazarene
  • Anthony Fresh (Charlestown) – Miami (Ohio)
  • Evan Harrell (Carmel) – Bellarmine
  • Nick Shrewsberry (South Bend St. Joseph) – Notre Dame
  • Dane Caldwell (Silver Creek) – Richmond
  • Kai McGrew (Fishers) – Undecided
  • Brady Scholl (Northridge) – Indiana Wesleyan

The roster is selected through a “balloting process of coaches and media overseen by game organizers from the” Indiana Basketball Coaches Association, according to the news release.

The Indiana All-Stars lead the all-time boys basketball series against Kentucky with a record of 107-46.

The Indiana All-Stars will take part in three boys basketball games this June:

  • Wednesday, June 3 – Exhibition game at Mt. Vernon High School against Indiana Junior All-Stars
  • Friday, June 5 – Away game at Lexington Catholic High School vs. Kentucky All-Stars
  • Saturday, June 6 – Home game at Gainbridge Fieldhouse vs. Kentucky All-Stars

The head coach of the Indiana All-Stars this year will be Terre Haute North’s Todd Woelfle. The assistant coaches on his staff for the rivalry matchups will be Chad Ballenger (Hamilton Heights) and Joe Bradburn (Mt. Vernon).
