Pike Township fire crews rescue man atop silo
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — Pike Township Fire Department crews on Wednesday successfully rescued a worker trapped at the top of a silo on Zionsville Road.
Emergency crews were dispatched for a rope rescue, and firefighters managed to bring a worker down safely using a ladder and bucket.
A second worker climbed down from the silo on his own.
No injuries were reported.
