INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — Indiana Fever forward Aliyah Boston is signing a four-year, 6.3 million dollar contract extension with the Fever.
The contract extension gives Boston the richest contract in WNBA history, per sources.
Boston is a three-time WNBA All-Star and enters her fourth year with the Fever. Boston averaged 15.0 points, 8.2 rebounds and 3.7 assists per game this past season with Indiana.
Boston became the faster player to reach 1,000 rebounds in team history. She currently holds the fourth most rebounds in franchise history with 1,051. She also holds the third most blocks in team history with 140.
The deal keeps the former 2023 No. 1 overall pick with the Fever through the 2029 season.
