Silver alert issued for missing 14-year-old

“We are grateful to share that Addy has been located and is safe.
“Thank you to the many law enforcement agencies (both local law enforcement and federal law enforcement) involved in the search and to everyone in the community who shared information, offered support, and helped spread the word.
“As this remains an active investigation, no additional details can be released at this time. Thank you for your understanding and continued respect for the investigative process.”
MCCORDSVILLE, Ind. (WISH) — The McCordsville Police Department was seeking the public’s help finding a missing teen last seen Friday night and may be in extreme danger.
Addyson Strange, or Addy, was described as a 14-year-old white female, 5 feet 3 inches tall, and 130 pounds. Police say she also has blonde hair and hazel eyes.
Addy’s mother provided additional information in a social media update, adding that Addy was likely wearing a light gray or light blue shirt, dark shorts, and white sneakers with her hair tied up in a ponytail.
Her mother noted that Addy’s scent was tracked to the northeastern area of McCordsville.
