INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — Unseasonably warm & humid conditions continue all week along with the chance of rain & storms. Some strong/severe weather could occur at some point. Cooler air returns Sunday.
MONDAY EVENING/NIGHT:
Variably cloudy, breezy, warm, & humid conditions can be expected for most of Central Indiana. Heavy rain & storms could affect Northern Indiana but most of this activity is likely going to remain north of Central Indiana. A T-STORM WATCH has been posted until 10 PM EDT to account for the threat of hail/wind.

There is still a chance some of that may move far enough south to affect locations north of Indy so we’ll watch it. Lows will be in the mid to upper 60s.

TUESDAY:
Breezy, warm, & humid weather hangs on. The old record in Indy is 85 and that could be tied or broken. There is a chance of some showers/storms at some point but most of the high end active weather may stay northwest of Central Indiana. Widespread highs in the 80s are likely.

TUESDAY NIGHT:
Another warm & muggy night with lows in the 60s is on track. A few showers or storms could creep into parts of Central Indiana.

WEDNESDAY:
Additional showers or storms may move through but not everyone is guaranteed rain or a storm. Highs stay in the 70s and low 80s.

7 DAY FORECAST:
We’ll have a better chance of rain & storms on Thursday but odds lower on Friday. A cold front Saturday will likely more scattered rain & storms, some of which may end up on the strong side. Much cooler weather returns on Sunday and early next week. Some of us will have lows in the 30s next Monday morning and there could be another frost across parts of the region.
