SALEM, Ind. (WISH) — The body of a missing Salem, Indiana, man was found Saturday afternoon by members of a search party coordinated by the Salem Police Department and the Salem Fire Department.
Robert Alan Bragman, 43, of Salem, was reported missing to the Salem Police Department on Monday after he was last seen on Sunday. On Saturday, search team members found Bragman’s body in a wooded area near a walking trail just west of Salem.
At the request of the Salem Police Department, the Indiana State Police has assumed control of the investigation. An autopsy is scheduled, and no additional information will be released until the autopsy has been completed.
The Bragman family has been notified.
