INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — OneAmerica Financial employees in Indianapolis will be working remotely Tuesday after safety concerns closed their offices, officials confirmed to News 8.
Zach Osowski, OneAmerica’s media and external communications manager, did not go into detail about the concerns, but said they were first reported Monday evening.
Osowski said in a statement “out of an abundance of caution” and concern for employees in the Indianapolis office, “the OneAmerica Financial office in the OneAmerica Tower will be closed Tuesday.”
“Our associates will be working remotely and our business is open as usual. We’re working with IMPD and following safety protocols to investigate this issue,” he said.
Osowski says the OneAmerica parking garage is still open, but could not say if the closure applied to any other businesses in the tower.
This is a developing story.
