LEBANON, Ind. (WISH) — Stopping internet crimes against children was the primary target for an undercover police operation that arrested five men in central Indiana.
Multiple police agencies, including Indiana State Police and the Indiana Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force, led the charge on the three-day operation.
“The operation focused on identifying and apprehending individuals who used digital platforms to target
minors for criminal activity,” a Monday press release from the Boone County Case Task Force said. “Undercover officers engaged with suspects online by adopting various identities.”
According to the press release, all five men who were arrested traveled to Boone County intending to meet with minors for sexual activity. The five men are:
- Zachary Bullock, 31, Indianapolis – 2 felonies for attempted child molestation and child solicitation.
- Nicholas Bozzone, 27, Plainfield – 4 felonies for conspiracy of child molestation, attempted sexual misconduct with a minor, child solicitation, and attempted dissemination of harmful material to minors.
- Ethan Craun, 27, Carmel – Felony for conspiracy of sexual misconduct with a minor.
- Evan Geeslin, 60, Richmond – Felony for conspiracy of sexual misconduct with a minor.
- Daniel Trusty, 36, Russiaville – Felony for conspiracy of sexual misconduct with a minor.
