INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — Indiana State Police investigators are looking into a Thursday police shooting in Wabash County, according to ISP Public Information Officer Sgt. Stephen Glass.
No officers were injured and there is no threat to the public, Sgt. Glass said in a 10:56 a.m. post on X.
Glass, who works out of the ISP post in Peru, did not say if anyone else was hurt.
It’s not clear what led to the shooting, where it occurred, or which police departments were involved.
More information will be released later in the day Thursday, Glass says.
