INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – Uncomfortable conditions for today but we will see a little bit of a relief from the humidity tomorrow. It gets incredibly hot and humid for the weekend with feels like temperatures into the triple digits.

TODAY: We could see a little bit of patchy fog early this morning otherwise cloudy skies are likely through much of the day today. A few peeks of sunshine are possible but in general look for mainly cloudy conditions. A few showers or thunderstorms could pop up especially south and east of I-70 later this afternoon. High temperatures will be climbing close to the mid ’80s which is right around normal for this time of the year.

TONIGHT: Quiet conditions tonight as skies become mostly clear overnight. It will not be as muggy. Low temperatures will fall to 67 degrees.

TOMORROW: A beautiful day on Thursday! Look for mostly sunny skies and quiet conditions. We will see humidity values drop a little bit on Thursday so it will feel much more comfortable. High temperatures will be into the mid ’80s. 

7 DAY EXTENDED FORECAST: The heat is on for the weekend. Look for mostly sunny skies on your Friday. High temperatures will reach near 90° with the humidity values climbing as well. We’ll look for lots of sunshine on Saturday. High temperatures climb around 93. It is going to be so hot and humid that feels like temperatures will be close to the triple digits both Saturday and Sunday.

Saturday looks to be dry but a chance for some showers and thunderstorms will be possible late Sunday. We have to keep a close eye on the temperature because this could be the hottest day of the year. Heat and humidity continue into your Monday partly cloudy skies with some thunderstorms possible and highs in the lower 90s.
