INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – Rain chances will be possible on and off throughout the day today. We will also feel a little bit more uncomfortable as humidity values continue to rise throughout the afternoon. More daily rain chances for the rest of the work week and into the weekend.
TODAY: Some rain showers possible this morning and more will be likely later this afternoon. Scattered showers and thunderstorms are possible into the afternoon, some of which could contain some moderate to heavy rainfall. Look for a partly to mostly cloudy sky throughout the afternoon; it will be more humid than yesterday with highs in the mid-80s. Temperatures will be right around normal for this time of the year.
TONIGHT: Showers and thunderstorms come to an end later tonight and we will see a partly cloudy sky overnight. Mild and muggy with lows only falling into the upper 60s.
TOMORROW: Lots of sunshine on your Thursday. Most locations should be dry but there is a slight chance we could see a spotty afternoon shower or thunderstorm. It will stay humid with highs right around 86.
7 DAY EXTENDED FORECAST: Partly cloudy skies on Friday very warm and humid with highs approaching 90 degrees. A chance for some spotty showers and thunderstorms will be possible for Friday afternoon and early evening.
For the weekend we will see a good chance of some showers and thunderstorms as a cold front booster on Saturday we’ll look for high temperatures into the upper 80s. With intense humidity it will feel more like the lower 90s.
On Sunday partly cloudy skies a chance for a few spotty showers temperatures return back to normal into the mid ’80s.
Next week we will look for mostly sunny skies on your Monday just a very slight chance for a spotty shower. High temperature staying right around normal for this time in July with highs near 86.
