INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — A person died early Saturday morning in a fatal crash in downtown Indianapolis.
Online police reports show Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department officers were originally dispatched just before 3 a.m. to a “traffic stop” at North East and East Ohio streets.
That run was later updated to an “accident fatal” after one person was pronounced dead at the scene.
IMPD says at least two vehicles were involved but did not say if anyone else was hurt.
It also wasn’t clear what led up to the crash.
