INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — Temperatures look to warm back into the 80s as we head toward the weekend. By Sunday, we’re talking a bigger shift toward a taste of fall with comfortable temperatures into next week.
Thursday night: Mostly cloudy with patchy fog tonight. Lows in the mid 60s.
Friday: Seasonable under partly sunny skies. Temperatures will rise into the low to mid 80s Friday afternoon. For high school football’s The Zone, numbers will drop back into the 70s into Friday night.
Saturday: The warmest day in this extended forecast occurs Saturday with plenty of sunshine. We can’t rule out a stray shower or two as our next cold front comes in late in the day.
7-Day Forecast: A beautiful stretch of fall-like weather emerges starting Sunday and carries through at least much of next week. Highs will only get into the low to mid 70s much of next week with morning low temperatures falling into the 50s. Some outlying areas of Indianapolis may even slip into the 40s for morning lows!
