INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — Scattered showers and storms will develop today as temperatures remain hot.
TODAY: Mostly sunny and dry to start. This afternoon and evening, scattered showers and storms are possible. Not everyone will receive rainfall. A marginal (1/5) risk of severe weather is in place for the northern third of the state for gusty storms. High temperatures near 90 degrees.
TONIGHT: Scattered showers and storms remain for early portions of the overnight hours. Low temperatures in the low 70s.
TOMORROW: Spotty to scattered showers and storms mainly south of I-70 in the PM hours. High temperatures in the mid to upper 80s.
7-DAY FORECAST: A brief drop in humidity is anticipated for Thursday. HOWEVER, we are headed right back to the warmth for the weekend. We could see the index rise to 100 degrees on Saturday and Sunday.
