MOUNT VERNON, Ind. (WISH) — An Indiana Silver Alert was issued Monday night for an 89-year-old woman missing from Indiana’s southwesternmost county.
The Posey County Sheriff’s Department believes Lola Davis, who is from the city of Mount Vernon, may be in extreme danger and could require medical assistance. She was last seen at 9 a.m. Monday.
She is described as a white female, 5 feet 8 inches tall and 175 pounds with gray hair and green eyes. She was last seen wearing green and white pajamas, and sandals.
The county of 25,000 residents is just west of Evansville.
The community was asked to remain vigilant and report any sightings or information that could assist in locating her. Anyone with information was urged to contact the Posey County Sheriff’s Department at 812-838-1320 or 911.
