ANDERSON, Ind. (WISH) – Police in Anderson are investigating the death of a woman found in a swimming pool.
The Anderson Police Department says police responded to a call just past 2 a.m. Sept. 8 for a woman found unresponsive in a swimming pool on Southview Drive in Anderson. Officers and emergency medical crews on scene say she was pronounced dead upon their arrival.
The Madison County Coroner’s Office is working on an autopsy to figure out the official cause and manner of death, but no foul play is suspected. We’ll be sure to keep you updated on the investigation as we learn more.
